Please note that all returns must be initiated through our online portal to ensure a smooth and efficient refund process.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid Canada Post shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place your items in the original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and hygiene stickers are intact.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Affix the shipping label to your package and drop it off at any Canada Post location; your refund will be processed once the items pass inspection.
